These terms cover your use of Pediatric Airway Course Reviews. By browsing the site or submitting anything to it, you accept them.

What this site is

Pediatric Airway Course Reviews publishes reviews and comparisons of pediatric airway courses and continuing-education programmes. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any provider listed here. Course and company names and marks are used to identify who a review is about.

Nothing on this site is professional, legal, financial, clinical or educational advice. Choosing a course is your decision, and you should do your own due diligence — including confirming that the CE credit is recognised by your board — before enrolling.

Reviews are opinions

Reviews on this site are submitted by community members or collected from publicly available sources, and they represent individual experiences. We do not verify every claim in every review. Ratings are calculated from the reviews we have published, which is not the same thing as a statistically representative sample of a course's attendees.

Where a provider has both attendee reviews and reviews from people who worked there, we keep the two separate and calculate the star rating from attendee reviews only. Employee reviews are shown on their own page with their own rating.

What you agree to when you submit a review

You agree that the experience you describe is your own and genuine, that you are not writing about a competitor to damage them, and that you are not being paid to write it.

You agree not to submit anything false, defamatory, discriminatory, threatening, or covered by a confidentiality or non-disparagement agreement you have signed. Do not include patient information, other people's personal details, course handouts or slides you do not own, or material you do not have the right to publish.

By submitting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to publish, store, display, edit for length and formatting, and distribute your submission on this site and in our own promotion of it.

Moderation

Every review is reviewed by a person before it appears, and we publish at our discretion. We may decline a submission, shorten it, correct obvious typos, or remove it later. We are not obliged to publish anything, and declining a review is not a statement about whether it is true.

Corrections, disputes and copyright

If your course is named on this site and you believe something is wrong, use the dispute form. Tell us which review, what is inaccurate, and what you would like corrected. We read every dispute and reply.

If you believe material here infringes your copyright — including course materials or lecture slides — use the DMCA form. It collects the statements US copyright law requires for a valid notice, including a good-faith statement and a statement made under penalty of perjury.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break into any part of this site, scrape it at a rate that degrades it for other people, or submit reviews through automated means. Do not misrepresent who you are.

Availability

We aim to keep the site up but do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may change, add or remove pages and features at any time.

Liability

The site is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on a review, a rating, or anything else published here, or from your dealings with any provider listed on this site. Your agreement with a course provider is between you and them.

Links to other sites

We link to review sources and third-party sites for reference. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Changes to these terms

We will update this page when the terms change. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
