This policy explains what Pediatric Airway Course Reviews collects when you use this site, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It describes how the site actually works today. If that changes, this page changes with it.
Who runs this site
Pediatric Airway Course Reviews is an independent editorial site that publishes reviews of pediatric airway courses and continuing-education programmes. It is operated by Sidekick Digital. You can reach us through the contact form on our About page.
What we collect
We collect only what you type into a form, plus the minimum our servers need to stay online.
When you submit a review, the form asks for the name you want shown, your role, a rating, and your written experience. There is no account and we do not ask for your email address. Whatever you enter in the name and role fields is published alongside your review, so use only what you are comfortable making public.
When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, subject and message so we can reply. These are stored and emailed to us.
When you dispute a review, we collect your name, email address, company name, job title, the reason for the dispute, the review links in question, your explanation, any evidence you provide and the outcome you are asking for.
When you file a DMCA notice, we collect your name, email address, company name, a description of the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing links, the original links, your statements of good faith and accuracy, and your signature. Copyright law requires these.
Our servers keep short-lived request logs, and we use the IP address of a request to rate-limit forms and block abuse. Rate-limit counters are held in memory only and are not written to our database.
What we do not collect
We do not use advertising cookies. We do not track you across other websites. We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone. There are no visitor accounts, and the only cookie this site sets is a session cookie for site administrators after they log in.
At the time of writing this site runs no analytics or measurement scripts. If we add analytics, this page will be updated to name the provider before it goes live.
Who else processes data for us
Running the site involves a few service providers who process data on our behalf:
- Railway, which hosts the application and the database on servers in the United States
- Cloudflare, which serves the site, provides the certificate and filters malicious traffic
- Brevo, which delivers notification email from [email protected]
Requests to this site pass through Cloudflare, which sees your IP address as part of delivering and protecting the page.
How long we keep things
Published reviews stay published unless they are removed after a dispute or a DMCA notice, or unless you ask us to remove yours. Contact messages, disputes and DMCA notices are kept while we handle them and for a reasonable period afterwards as a record of the decision.
What you can ask us to do
You can ask us to correct or remove a review you submitted, ask what we hold about you, or ask us to delete your contact message. Write to us through the contact form on the About page and tell us which review or message you mean.
If you are a course provider being reviewed and believe a review is false, breaches these terms or infringes your rights, use the dispute form rather than the contact form. It routes to the right place and asks for the details we need.
Children
This site is for dental and medical professionals and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when the site changes. The date below reflects the last substantive change.
